The health of our clients and staff is our primary concern and so we are taking our responsibilities to respond to Coronavirus very seriously. Therefore, building upon recommendations from the UK Government and the World Health Organisation (WHO), Built Environment Technology Ltd has adopted the following measures:
In house operations:
• ensuring all staff can isolate and work from home with immediate effect.
Non-essential travel will not be conducted and site visits will only be agreed in circumstances where sufficient social separation is assured; close contact with other trades and operating in confined areas with other personnel will not be sanctioned and our time on site will be carefully managed to ensure these conditions are met.
We are working closely with all our clients to determine any potential impacts or delays and are also verifying our suppliers’ ability to deliver materials to sites to continue running our installation operations.
Our Servicing teams attending pre-booked appointments and we ask you to notify us immediately is you are self-isolating or have been in contact in the last 7 days with individuals who are now self-isolating.
As you will understand the health, safety and welfare of all our site operatives is our main priority and we will work closely with you to ensure we try and minimise the impact the current working conditions dictate.
It is likely that we will be experiencing a high volume of calls, so if you have any non-urgent queries about ongoing projects, site visits or servicing, we will be monitoring the email@example.com email address closely and would ask you to please email your query to this address or directly to your Project Manager.
As this situation is very dynamic, we will continue to provide updates as we learn more. Whilst we are confident in our preparation and contingency planning for situations such as this, we apologise if working with us at this time is not a perfect experience, but we would ask that you be patient with our team as they try to do their very best to maintain continuity in all areas during these unprecedented times.
