If your project is new-build, please provide the following:
- Floorplans & sections
- The regulatory standard – Building Regulations or PassivHaus?
- If Building Regulations, please confirm the Designed Air Permeability Value, which is contained in your SAP Calculations
- If PassivHaus, please send a copy of your PHPP Ventilation Worksheets
- Your construction method – traditional, timber-frame, CLT, SIPS, etc.
- If a development, please confirm the number of plots
If your project is a refurbishment and/or extension, please provide the following:
- Proposed floorplans & sections
- The regulatory standard – Building Regulations, PassivHaus, or AECB Carbonlite?
- A summary of your project, including the insulation policy and any air-tightness measures
